Here are some short discriptions of some of the claims.

Jack#1 and Sassy Kat 1 have been very good claims for me. Although I have spent several summers just working these 2 claims, I beleive, there is still good gold.
I beleive that a large parts of these 2 claims haven't been touched yet and with todays price of gold some of the lower quality spots could now make for a good payday.

Based on my testing and from talking to some old timers I beleive Dancy 1 has had a 10 inch up the middle but the shallow water seems to be very good.
In my testing back in 2021 we averaged around 2 grams per hour on this claim for the two days we were there and I haven't made it back to these claims since then.

Dancy 2 is unknown as to how good it is as I've only spent 2 days on this claim in very high water in 2024

Dancy 3 thru Dancy 8 are new to me. In 2024 (My first year on these claims) I did no prospecting before I picked a random spot to dredge in 2024.
The results for 2024 are below in the pictures.
Based on conversations with previous owners and from second hand conversations I was told that claims Dancy3 thru Dancy8 did over 40oz for half a season in 2022, 70-80 oz year from 2012 thru 2015 and in 1989 these claims produced over 500 oz in a single season.
In my opinion, based on the info I gathered at the end of the 2024 season I beleive there are still areas of these six claims that still haven't been touched.
Although these claims have produced well in the past, as you know, there is no guarrentee in gold mining.

Since I rarely dredge more then whatever it takes to make expences for the summer, I beleive, there are still good spots on most of these claims.

ALL of these claims have been worked on and off over the years and have produced any where from 1/2 grams per hour up to 1+ ounces per day with 1-2 grams per hour being the most common "average" over most of the area.

Sampling Jack #1 in 2018 This claim has a large amount of very fine gold I have done very little with the bottom half of this claim.
Testing Dancy 2 in 2024 during high water We didn't stay here for more than a few days as the water was still to high and muddy from the spring melt This is the only time I have worked this claim
